Job Opportunity

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans based on market research and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor, and execute area working plans based on data insights and market trends.
  • Drive the implementation of business strategies and initiatives in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide effective leadership, coaching, and performance management to team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutional pharmacies.
  • Ensure effective communication of business goals and simplify complex information for team alignment.
  • Track area performance, conduct reviews, and provide actionable feedback.
  • Support demand generation activities, territory planning, and execution excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and ethical practices.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • External: Doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, institutional pharmacies.
  • Internal: Territory Business Managers (TBMs), cross-functional teams, and organizational leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • MBA is mandatory.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and monitoring skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
