Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our audit team.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing and supervising large-scale audit engagements, as well as a proven track record of identifying business development opportunities and growing existing client portfolios.

A key member of the management team, the Audit Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Managers, Assistant Managers, Executives, and Audit Assistants, ensuring that they deliver high-quality work and meet challenging client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the execution of external audit engagements of various clients
  • Lead and motivate a team of Managers, Assistant Managers, Executives, and Audit Assistants
  • Ensure that team delivers high quality work
  • Identify business development opportunities and grow existing client portfolios

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in managing and supervising large-scale audit engagements
  • Proven track record of identifying business development opportunities and growing existing client portfolios
  • Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
  • Understanding of Quality and Risk Management procedures
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
