Job Title: Lead Corporate Governance Expert

Description:

As a key member of our team, we are seeking an accomplished professional to oversee corporate governance and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of risk management and statutory filings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance to the board of directors on matters of corporate governance to ensure efficient and ethical operations.
  • Evaluate and implement effective compliance policies and procedures to guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and integrate compliance functions of newly acquired companies, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and reviews to ensure continuous adherence to regulations and internal policies.
  • Ensure prompt resolution to queries, notices, and summons issued by regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

  • A qualified Company Secretary (CS) with at least 10 years of experience in compliance and corporate governance.
  • Extensive knowledge of Indian corporate laws, financial regulations, accounting standards, and taxation.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory filings and procedures with authorities like the MCA, ROC, SEBI, and RBI.
