About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve sales outcomes and identify areas for growth.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales management with exposure to team handling.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead large groups, inspire performance, and make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
