Job Title: Sales Manager / Area Manager

Experience Required: 3–4 years in Sales & Marketing within Finance, Banking, or Fintech.

Important Note: Experience in POS, IPG & VAS product sales is mandatory.

Joining Requirement: Candidates who can join within 1 month (maximum) will be preferred.

Job Locations: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Raipur, Guwahati, Kolkata, Siliguri, Ludhiana, Agra, Delhi, and Rohtak.

Key Responsibilities

  • Increase onboarding of Hotels under the Hospitality segment.
  • Drive sourcing of terminals through Bank-led models by engaging with branches across designated locations.
  • Onboard new merchants on DA in respective markets.
  • Acquire merchants for Online, Recurring, and BBPS services.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within Finance, Banking, or Fintech.
  • Mandatory experience in POS, IPG & VAS product sales.
  • Proven experience in handling a team of 5–10 sales executives.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results.
