As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the daily functions of our Lease Abstraction team.

This individual will report directly to Senior Director of Support and be responsible for:

  • Leading teams in India, with planned expansion to support global needs built for scale
  • Engaging with Business leaders globally to build and support teams in India, focusing on culture, community, people management, and delivery excellence
  • Driving integration and standardisation in India through policies, standard operating procedures, training, and cross-training
  • Working with global and local leadership for resource management and development
  • Contributing vision and leadership to strategic plans and objectives to deliver technology initiatives supporting growth
  • Optimizing solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across Departments

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' experience in Lease Abstraction or related fields, managing a global team or other relevant leadership experience. Key skills include:

  • Strong leadership abilities to inspire teams to achieve great things
  • Excellent communication, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration skills
  • Possess polished skills in documentation and presentation
  • A 'can-do' mindset with a client-centric focus
