General Manager/Assistant General Manager Role

The ideal candidate will facilitate all leasing-related activities from inception to close, including site visits, negotiations, documentation, coordination, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate, organize, track, and support leasing processes
  • Manage daily activities of leasing operations department
  • Review and negotiate lease transactions and agreements
  • Oversee completion of necessary paperwork and ensure proper customer service
  • Monitor trends for competition in the marketplace

Requirements:

  • PGDM / MBA degree
  • 5+ years of experience in leasing or related field
  • Certification in retail leasing (optional)
  • Good presentation skills and ability to convince prospective brands
  • Personal characteristics: Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Decision Making, Relationship Building, Communication
