As a Legal Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our legal framework and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill this key position. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in corporate law, contracts, or compliance, preferably in the retail, luxury goods, or consumer commerce sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review legal agreements and contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, lease agreements, and employment-related documents.
  • Support senior legal team members in handling regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Conduct basic legal research and prepare case summaries and legal notes.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all legal files and agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Assist in preparing responses for notices, queries, or legal correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of commercial laws, intellectual property, contractual terms, real estate, labor laws, and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent drafting, and communication skills.
