We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Compliance Specialist.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing comprehensive financial reports, including cash flow statements and investor updates, to provide valuable insights for business decisions.
  • They will lead the preparation of periodic financial reporting, including tax and audit information, and ensure timely completion of financial reporting deadlines.

Cash Flow Management:

  • Responsibilities include processing accounts payable, calculating reimbursements, processing distributions, and servicing clients.
  • The individual will investigate accounting irregularities, mistakes, or potential fraud, and reconcile discrepancies.

Corporate & Data Collection:

  • They will manage corporate filings for all entities, collect data for backup purposes, and conduct payment research.
  • Gathering requirements from investments, including insurance, K1s, and financial documents, is also an essential part of this role.

Platform Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in using Excel, QuickBooks, and Sage Inacct is required for efficient financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Reconciliations: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other accounts.
  • Cash Flow Management: Process payments, calculate reimbursements, and manage client services.
  • Corporate Filings: Manage corporate filings for all entities, collecting data and conducting payment research.
  • Platform Knowledge: Utilize Excel, QuickBooks, and Sage Inacct for efficient financial management.
