We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our finance team in a pivotal role of managing the financial operations related to Aadhaar-PAN linking.

  • Aadhaar-PAN Linking Process Management:
    • Track the status of Aadhaar-PAN linking, collect necessary documentation and ensure accurate recording of financial entries related to penalties and fees.
  • Data Entry & Reconciliation:
    • Input and maintain accurate financial data in our systems, perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations of transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Customer Support & Follow-up:
    • Communicate with customers to guide them through the Aadhaar-PAN linking process, follow up on pending documentation and payments for timely completion.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare and present regular reports on the progress of the linking drive, highlighting key metrics, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify and suggest improvements to the existing financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, particularly in the context of the Aadhaar-PAN linking project.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
