Job Title: Corporate Lawyer & Taxation Specialist 

The role is to provide legal and taxation support to the organization in its day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience and be based around Noida.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze legal documents such as NDA, supplier agreements, and customer agreements.
  • Maintain a log of all legal documents.
  • Periodically review all legal documents before their expiry date.
  • Support with secretarial compliances like director registrations, MOM related to BOD/AGM, MCA annual return, XBRL filing, etc.
  • Communicate with HQ regarding documentation/legal requirements and approvals.
  • Support reviewing agreements with vendors.
  • Review SOPs/authorization table from a finance perspective.
  • Assist with ICFR and dematerialization of shares.
  • Prepare a compliance calendar for all legal and tax compliance due dates.
  • Keep updated on weekly basis regarding taxation/legal changes in law.
  • Support in taxation/finance matters assigned by the Finance Head.
 Qualifications:
  • Commerce/Legal Graduate with CA Inter/LLB/CS Inter qualifications.
