Job Description

We are seeking a legal professional with experience in commercial contracts, corporate legal matters, and regulatory compliance.

  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements like Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Consultancy Agreements, and manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Corporate & Internal Policies: Draft and revise internal company policies, employee handbooks, and compliance protocols aligning with current laws and best practices.
  • Legal Notices & Compliance Support: Draft legal notices and respond to queries or notices from statutory and regulatory authorities. Provide strategic legal advice on issues involving regulatory and statutory compliance.
  • Legal Research & Advisory: Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on corporate, commercial, and technology law issues. Assist in preparing internal legal memoranda and risk assessments.

  • Exposure to corporate restructuring, venture capital transactions, and startup ecosystem legalities.
  • Strong understanding of Indian Contract Act, Companies Act, and data protection laws.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail, organizational ability, and a sense of ownership.
