As a seasoned and visionary Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will drive impactful and operational hiring initiatives across our organization. With hands-on experience in leadership hiring, niche talent acquisition, and building strong pipelines aligned with evolving business needs, you will have an excellent understanding of business requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
- End-to-End Talent Sourcing: Oversee full-cycle recruitment across functions, with expertise in technology and manufacturing hiring.
- Leadership & Niche Hiring: Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, and closing leadership/niche roles.
- Business Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, succession planning, and future skill needs particularly in AI, advanced technologies, and strategic business roles.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline for senior and critical roles to minimize time-to-hire.
- Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Leverage advanced sourcing methods (e.g., professional communities, referrals, industry events, and AI-driven recruitment solutions).
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional candidate journey.
- Interview Ownership: Take ownership of the screening process and first-round interviews, including cultural and competency assessments.
- Mentorship & Performance Management: Guide and mentor junior recruiters and build a high-performing TA team.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track recruitment metrics and integrate insights into decision-making.
- Experience: 4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in startup or fast-paced environments.
- Domain Exposure: Strong track record in technology, AI-driven roles, and manufacturing domains.
- Senior/Niche Hiring: Successful track record of closing mid-to-senior level positions.
- Business Acumen: Strong business understanding with the ability to map talent strategy to organizational goals.
- People Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement abilities.
- Problem-Solving Orientation: Innovative and energetic with the ability to balance strategic focus with hands-on execution.
- Tech Savviness: Familiarity with AI-recruitment tools and digital hiring strategies.
