As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute sponsorship acquisition strategies for top brands in diverse industries. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying, building relationships with, and closing deals with marketing and partnerships teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic partnership proposals and pitches aligned with brand objectives.
  • Negotiate and close sponsorship contracts that maximize revenue and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsor deliverables.
  • Track and report sponsorship sales pipeline, targets, and ROI.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 2–6 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or partnerships (events, sports, entertainment, or media preferred).
  • Strong network in FMCG, lifestyle, fintech, or tech brands is highly beneficial.
  • Proven track record of securing mid-to-large sponsorship deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and pitching skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
