Agile Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Team Leader to spearhead our agile teams in delivering AI and cloud-based solutions. This role requires expertise in agile frameworks, cloud technologies, and AI/ML/LLM projects.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science or a related field, hands-on experience with AI and cloud-based projects, and the ability to drive agile teams while ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide agile teams through iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure project velocity, stakeholder alignment, and seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project plans, dashboards, and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing AI and cloud ecosystem projects as an Agile Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their adaptation to AI/cloud environments.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
