Healthcare Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive our health strategy forward, with a focus on enhancing primary care systems and institutions.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing projects, reviewing grant proposals, and guiding Programme Officers in their daily activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and strategizing project/grant proposals and conducting project reviews.
  • Mentoring and coaching Programme Officers while contributing to the organizational leadership pipeline.
  • Collaborating with other thematic projects to ensure synergies and improved efficiency.
  • Leading evaluations and ensuring strategic alignment of institutions supported by our Trust.
  • Overseeing MIS, LFA, Fluxx, Internal Audit, and Annual Work Plan processes.
  • Assisting the Theme Head in reviewing grant requests and partnership opportunities.

Qualifications include an MD/MBBS with an MBA/MPH/MHA, as well as experience in Primary Care settings within Public Health Organizations/Academic Medical Institutions. Key skills and competencies include strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and influencing and collaboration abilities.
