Job Description

As a seasoned marketing professional, you will be responsible for planning and executing paid campaigns across various digital platforms to drive patient leads, appointments, and brand visibility for healthcare services.

Key responsibilities include conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis specific to healthcare, as well as monitoring and analyzing campaign performance. You will work closely with content and design teams to create ad copies, creatives, and video campaigns aligned with healthcare guidelines.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to maximize ROI while minimizing Cost per Lead (CPL).
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare digital marketing trends, tools, and compliance policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO basics, and automation tools.
