Key Responsibilities
  • Support the lifecycle of pharmaceutical products from development to market launch using advanced analytics.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product strategies.
  • Build and optimise automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Develop and present interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings.
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members promoting analytical excellence.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL, Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA and OPTUM.
  • Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
