Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interface Engine Developer with hands-on expertise in healthcare interoperability and interface development. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HL7 standards and experience working with leading interface engines such as Rhapsody, Corepoint, or Mirth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement complex healthcare interfaces using Corepoint, Mirth Connect (NextGen Connect), and Rhapsody.
  • Perform rigorous testing to ensure data integrity, message routing accuracy, and system reliability.
  • Monitor interface performance and provide timely support for production issues.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all interfaces.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare integration/interface development.
  • Strong knowledge of HL7 standards (v2.x, v3, FHIR, CCD).
  • Experience with various communication protocols such as SFTP, MLLP, and web services (SOAP/REST).
  • Hands-on expertise in at least one interface engine: Corepoint, Rhapsody, or Mirth.

Preferred Skills:

  • Good understanding of healthcare workflows, EHR data exchange, and interoperability concepts.
  • Exposure to troubleshooting and debugging tools within interface engines.
