Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive annual budgets and construct sophisticated financial models.
  • Monitor targets and implement corrective actions against plan versus actual performance.
  • Publish regular Management Information Systems (MIS) and dashboards for leadership, investors, and management.
  • Deliver in-depth revenue analytics and insights.
  • Perform periodic data reconciliation between internal and insurer data, followed by follow-up with insurers and internal sales teams to close revenue gaps.
  • Analyze cost KPIs, monitor key metrics, provide actionable insights, and control leakages.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and be responsible for supporting metrics reporting for relevant processes.
  • Collaborate on projects aimed at system automation for operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

  • Strong data gathering and manipulation skills.
  • Ability to develop a strong partnership with business leaders, influencing and persuading effectively.
  • Strong business acumen, curiosity, agility, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills, with editorial expertise.
  • Deep expertise in Excel, Google Spreadsheet, presentations, and models.
  • Prior experience in business-facing roles will be an added advantage.
  • Strong experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
