Job Title: Salesforce HealthCloud Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Workflow Specialist to collaborate with our team and a leading healthcare client.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, expertise in FHIR and HL7 standards, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

  • Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and document them accurately.
  • Map healthcare processes into Salesforce HealthCloud solutions and configure Care Plans, Patient/Provider data models, and workflows effectively.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for HealthCloud features and collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide training to clients and internal teams on HealthCloud functionality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ successful HealthCloud implementations as a Functional Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, including screening, primary care, and aged care.
  • Expertise in FHIR and HL7 standards.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Salesforce HealthCloud Consultant Certification is preferred.
