Job Title: Business Growth Partner
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain robust commercial relationships with merchants to drive business growth.
- Identify and acquire new clients to expand the bank's customer base, fostering long-term partnerships and collaborations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market, making informed strategic decisions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute significantly to the growth of the bank's merchant portfolio, driving revenue and profitability.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in Merchant OD, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including loans and deposits, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions that meet business objectives.
- Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic business landscape.
