Healthcare Revolution Job

Clinikk is pioneering a healthcare and health insurance revolution for 600 million Indians by offering an affordable, all-inclusive health membership that combines exclusive healthcare benefits with group health insurance.

We have established 10 modern primary care clinics called Health Hubs (HH) across Bengaluru, providing unlimited access to family medicine doctors, free medicine and tests, specialist reimbursements, and group insurance for hospitalization.

Our team consists of seasoned healthcare professionals, technologists, and alumni from top institutions like IIT, Stanford, Bangalore Medical College, BITS, etc.

About This Role
  1. Design AI-first interfaces that assist doctors in delivering personalized care and supporting the usability of health insurance products.
  2. Apply strategic thinking and systems-level design to define delightful and accessible user experiences that align with our mission.
  3. Balance user needs, clinical protocols, and business goals when designing for multiple platforms.
  4. Use qualitative and quantitative research to understand doctor and patient workflows; synthesize insights into user journeys, personas, and opportunities.
  5. Collaborate closely with product managers, physicians, engineers, data scientists, and insurance specialists to validate hypotheses, plan sprints, and ensure successful execution.
  6. Explore and prototype new interaction patterns, including conversational UI, adaptive dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows; iterate rapidly to test with users.
  7. Owning the design craft from low-fidelity sketches and information architecture to polished UI and micro-interactions; ensure accessibility and compliance with medical and insurance regulations.
  8. Define and evangelize design principles, frameworks, and processes that improve efficiency and consistency across our products.
  9. Hire and mentor junior designers and define a design-driven culture.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. 4+ years of experience in product/interaction design with at least part of that in consumer or enterprise tech; experience in healthcare, insurtech, or AI-driven products is a plus.
  2. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, systems thinking, and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive interfaces.
  3. Strong curiosity about emerging technologies (e.g., AI, decision-support systems) and how they can transform healthcare.
  4. Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
  5. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with motion/interaction tools is a plus.
  6. Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms; comfort with responsive design and accessibility guidelines.
