As a Senior Design and Development Lead, you will oversee the creation of BIW components and structures for passenger and commercial vehicles.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for designing and developing BIW components and structures aligned with project objectives.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams including CAE, manufacturing, and other departments is essential to ensure integration and feasibility.
  • Your expertise will support VA-VE, concept creation, and innovative design proposals.
  • You will ensure compliance with structural, safety, NVH, and homologation requirements.

Key Skills: BIW design & development, GD&T, vehicle packaging, assembly processes, manufacturing processes, tooling, stamping

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
  • 4-8 years of experience in BIW design and development.
