The Senior Leadership – Concept Design (Interior Design) plays a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the design team in the planning and execution of interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management:

Guiding and mentoring a team of interior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment, and providing guidance and feedback.

  • Client Collaboration:

Understanding project needs, developing design proposals, and presenting design concepts.

  • Project Management:

Overseeing all stages of the design process, from initial concept to final implementation, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of design milestones.

  • Design Development:

Conceptualizing design ideas, creating detailed design plans, selecting materials and furnishings, and ensuring design solutions are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and within budget.

  • Coordination and Collaboration:

Working closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design with other aspects of the project.

  • Design Expertise:

Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, color theory, and materials selection is essential for success in this role.
