Senior Interior Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Design Specialist to spearhead our interior design initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality interior design solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

About the Role
  • Lead the design process for a portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless execution from initial consultation to project completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, providing tailored design solutions that reflect their individual style.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create stunning interior spaces that exceed client expectations and drive business growth.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and optimize business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design or architecture, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated expertise in residential design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Sketchup software, with the ability to leverage technology to drive design innovation.
