Senior Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of interior and architectural design projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple sites, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while upholding the design intent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and progress for multiple high-end interior or architectural projects.

Additionally, this role involves:

  • Leading site supervision efforts to ensure adherence to design and technical specifications.
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or architectural execution.
  • Proven experience handling luxury residential or commercial projects.
