About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of our Supply Chain systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in systems administration, IT support, or a related role. You will be proficient in troubleshooting infrastructure and software systems in a fast-paced environment.

This is a challenging opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, thorough, and capable of balancing multiple priorities effectively.

  • You will provide end-to-end support for all Supply Chain solutions, ensuring continuous system availability and performance.
  • Serve as the immediate technical contact for all locations that use Supply Chain systems, handling calls and chats and documenting all interactions in a designated platform.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues and outages, collaborating with vendors, developers, and application administrators to determine root cause and long-term resolution.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting infrastructure and software systems in a fast-paced environment.
