System Infrastructure Specialist

A critical role in ensuring the seamless operation, security, and reliability of our IT infrastructure exists for a system administrator.
Key Responsibilities:- Server Management: System administrators must continually monitor and manage servers to guarantee optimal performance and high availability.
- Operating System Installation and Configuration: Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, software applications, and hardware components are essential duties of a system administrator.
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Effective troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to servers, networks, and software applications in a timely manner is crucial. Providing technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing their IT-related inquiries and issues, is also vital.
- Security Measures: Protecting data and systems from unauthorized access, viruses, and other threats through the implementation of robust security measures is an important task.
- Documentation and Compliance: Creating and maintaining documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures is necessary for compliance with industry standards and best practices.
For this position, strong knowledge of operating systems, familiarity with virtualization technologies, cloud services, and networking protocols are essential. Proficiency in scripting languages for automation and system management is also a requirement.
