We are seeking an accomplished affiliate marketing professional to spearhead our end-to-end campaign management strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the affiliate landscape and be proficient in managing high-performing campaigns across web and mobile platforms.

  • Campaign Planning and Optimization: Develop, execute, and continuously optimize performance-based campaigns (CPI, CPA, CPR, CPS, CPT, CPE) to drive business growth and scalability.">
  • Affiliate Acquisition and Development: Identify, onboard, and nurture top-tier affiliates, publishers, and networks in relevant niches to expand our partner network.">
  • Performance Enhancement: Collaborate with affiliates to enhance their campaigns and improve performance through data-driven insights and strategic guidance.">
  • Monetization and Inventory Management: Accurately identify and list internal inventory on suitable affiliate platforms to drive external monetization and traffic outsourcing.">
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling affiliate offers, landing pages, and ad creatives tailored for performance.">
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize industry-standard tools (e.g., Trackier, Affise, Impact, HasOffers, GA4, GTM) to track, analyze, and report campaign health, KPIs, and ROI.">
  • Negotiation and Compliance: Negotiate payout models with affiliates, monitor for fraudulent activity, and ensure timely payouts.">
  • Strategic Reporting: Provide regular, actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on campaign data and analysis.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • ">
  • Hands-on experience running high-performing affiliate campaigns on web and mobile inventory, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.">
  • Technical expertise in managing ad placements on direct web and mobile inventory, including client onboarding, ad serving, and performance optimization.">
  • End-to-end campaign execution expertise, including pixel implementation, offer setup, and attribution tracking.">
  • Proficiency in using affiliate and campaign tracking platforms such as Trackier, HasOffers, Affise, and Impact.">
  • Strong working knowledge of Mobile Measurement Platforms like AppsFlyer, Singular, and Adjust.">
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to leverage tools like GA4, GTM, Hotjar, and SimilarWeb to analyze and enhance campaign performance.">
