Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Generalist to manage our human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment cycle, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and providing guidance on employee development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, manage HR documentation, and address employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, training programs, and performance incentives.
  • Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and provide recommendations for resolutions.
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects, workforce planning, diversity & inclusion programs, and organizational development.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR issues.
