
Senior People Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee people operations in Pacific Time hours. This role covers all aspects of human resource management, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and building a positive workplace culture.
You will handle the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll inputs, benefits, HR policies, performance reviews, and training programs. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee morale, retention, and overall job satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws, PF, POSH, and other statutory requirements.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and career development frameworks.
- HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of progressive HR experience in India across all major HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Ability to independently manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management cycles.
- Experience designing and running engagement initiatives that improve employee satisfaction.
