Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify potential opportunities and develop strategies to capture new business.

  • Business Development: Develop and execute business growth plans to increase sales revenue and expand market share.
  • Digital Transformation: Leverage digital platforms to enhance customer engagement, drive online sales, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
