Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team at 2coms. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source new sales leads through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas, while maintaining and expanding your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with internal stakeholders to build pipeline and close deals, and perform effective online demos to prospects
Requirements:
  • Proven inside sales experience of 1-2 years selling in corporates, with a track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day, with proficiency in corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Zoho or similar CRMs, with excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong listening and presentation skills
  • Qualification: Any Graduate, with language proficiency in English and Hindi
Benefits:

Location: Bangalore, with a competitive salary package of 25,000 CTC (experienced) and 20,000 CTC (fresher)
