Sales Development Representative

- Job Summary: POWER BRIDGE SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth by effectively communicating the value of our solutions to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales Execution:
- Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify and qualify potential customers.
- Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential customers.
- Drive sales growth by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests to ensure timely resolution and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide tailored solutions based on client needs, ensuring a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by tracking lead progress and nurturing prospects.
- Qualify leads to ensure high conversion rates and effectively manage the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead qualification and follow-up strategies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management, preferably in IT or technology solutions.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
