About the Job:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities through various sources. Once leads are identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with business decision-makers to understand their business needs better and how our cloud services could help them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
  • Customer Acquisition: Convert enquiries into customers across India.
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations.
  • Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
  • Conducts research on prospect companies and contacts to have a targeted conversation.
  • Coordinates the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to lead qualification.
  • Responsible for prospecting and qualifying new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling.
  • Responsible for generating and researching their own leads to prospect new clients.
  • Properly enters all sales leads and prospects into CRM on time.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud services and cloud managed services (Azure is preferable).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
  • End-to-end ownership: owning the complete sales process, including identifying, qualifying, selling, closing, and administering.

RequirementsDesired Skills:
  • Candidate should be a graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Lead generation, cold calling, and client coordination experience is a must.
  • Database management skills.
  • Experience in appointment setting, contact discovery (mandatory).
  • Proven inside sales experience.
  • Experience in IT sales/cloud sales (AWS, Azure, GCP; data centers) only.
  • Strong phone presence and experience in making dozens of calls per day.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ready to work from the office (5 days).
