Cloud Sales Representative

About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads through various sources. This will involve reaching out to business decision-makers to understand their needs and how our services can help them.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, cold calls, and emails.
- Customer Acquisition: Convert enquiries into customers across India.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport, and providing technical information and explanations.
- Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends.
- Do necessary research on prospect companies and contacts to have targeted conversations.
- Coordinate the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to qualification.
- Responsible for prospecting and qualifying new sales opportunities through cold calling.
- Responsible for generating and researching leads to prospect new clients.
- Properly enter all sales leads and prospects into CRM on time.
- Basic knowledge of Cloud Services and Cloud Managed Services, preferably Azure.
RequirementsDesired Skills:
- Graduate with at least 2 years of experience.
- Lead generation, cold calling, and client coordination experience is essential.
- Database management experience.
- Appointment setting and contact discovery experience.
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Experience in IT sales or cloud sales, preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ready to work from the office (5 days).
