We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Culinary Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and possess excellent leadership skills.
Job Summary:This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all culinary standards and responsibilities are met. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for managing food production, purchasing, and kitchen sanitation while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain quality control over food handling and preparation to ensure consistency in presentation and taste.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and kitchen staff to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular checks on raw and cooked food products to guarantee compliance with established standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service performance and exceed customer expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred but not required.
- 4 years of experience in the culinary industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
