We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager to join our UK-based team in Bangalore.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position at Leap, a global student mobility platform that empowers students' aspirations for a global career and education. As an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager, you will be part of our leadership team and play a vital role in driving numbers and fueling growth.

The charter for this role includes:

  • Meet Allocated Team targets (Leads, Applications & Visas)
  • Contribute in developing a strong & efficient counseling team
  • Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey
  • Conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counselors
  • Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings
  • Report & Data Management
  • Implement Organizational Values, Goals & objectives within the team
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets
  • Pipeline forecast & Management
  • Identify, analyse and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors
Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a seasoned professional with:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in leading a team of a minimum of 6 counselors
  • In-depth knowledge of edtech/study abroad
  • Experience in working with CRMs (such as Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to present to large audiences
  • Previous Stakeholder Management Experience
  • Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools

You should also possess expertise in time management, analytical and organizational skills, along with prior experience in Team Management.

  • Developing and executing training programs to enhance team capabilities
  • Ensuring seamless collaboration between teams and stakeholders

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
