Virtual CFO Advisory Manager Job Opportunity

Are you a seasoned financial expert looking to lead our Virtual-CFO practice? We're seeking a Chartered Accountant with an MBA and credit appraisal experience to onboard Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) and Startup clients for annual Virtual-CFO services. This role involves building a team to service those clients, developing industry connections, and representing business cases for fundraising evaluations.

To succeed in this position, you'll need exceptional understanding of business cycles across sectors, excellent relationships with SME and Startup ecosystems, and strong skills in cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, analysis, compliance, risk management, and investor reporting. You should also have a strong understanding of technology interfaces to integrate the CFO Advisory practice.

Responsibilities include:
1. Onboarding Virtual CFO assignments from SME and Startup ecosystems.
2. Conducting thorough credit analysis, evaluating credibility and project viability.
3. Preparing detailed financial models for credit evaluation.
4. Representing business cases for fundraising evaluations.
5. Developing industry connections and presence in business forums.
6. Leading a team to develop an end-to-end Virtual CFO practice.
