Job Title: Virtual CFO Manager

Description:

The role of Virtual CFO Manager at a leading financial services firm involves developing a virtual-CFO practice by onboarding small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) and startup clients for annual virtual-CFO services. This position requires candidates with extensive experience in credit analysis, particularly those who hold the Certified Accountant (CA) certification and a Master's degree in credit appraisal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard virtual CFO assignments from SME and startup ecosystems
  • Conduct credit analysis to evaluate credibility and project viability
  • Prepare financial models for detailed credit evaluation
  • Represent business cases for fundraise evaluations
  • Develop industry connects and presence in business forums
  • Build a team for end-to-end virtual CFO practice
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of credit underwriting and analysis experience
  • Excellent relationships with SME and startup ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of business cycles across sectors
  • Expertise in cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, compliance, risk management, and investor reporting
  • Ability to integrate technology interfaces for the CFO advisory practice
