
Strategic Relationship Growth Specialist

The primary focus of this role is to onboard High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) into the Preferred programme and provide them with an exceptional customer experience. This includes expanding the relationship size, cross-selling relevant products, opening family accounts, retaining, and enhancing the existing relationship.
The Relationship Manager is also responsible for acquiring new relationships within the Bank Imperia portfolio.
Key objectives include:
- To be the single point of contact for all financial needs and services, thereby increasing the current relationship value and wallet share, which will further boost profitability from these relationships.
- To acquire and retain high-value clients, ensuring long-term business growth and profitability.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, banking, or insurance. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in relationship management, customer engagement, and sales growth.
