As a seasoned Enterprise Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business development by prospecting high-value target accounts.

This includes qualifying customer needs and closing deals within assigned territories. Your role will also involve developing account strategies and plans by researching and understanding client personas and industry trends.

  • You will manage and nurture client relationships throughout the sales cycle, establishing strong relationships with prospects, existing clients, and internal stakeholders to foster new business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and other internal departments to develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.
  • You will contribute to strategic planning and execution of all Business Development activities, building robust relationships across channels to generate pipeline and achieve quota targets.
  • Own and manage a large portfolio of accounts, managing expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify business problems and pain points, aligning them with our solutions and providing consultative solutions and product demos as needed.
  • Accurately track customer information, forecast, and report on pipeline and sales activities to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Foster C-level conversations, demonstrating your understanding of business operations and needs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
