Travel Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Target Achievement: Work towards achieving sales targets and business objectives. Ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and establish new business opportunities.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on performance and progress.

Inbound Calls: Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Sales Goals: Set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them. Research prospects and generate leads.

Booking Coordination: Coordinate and secure bookings for flights, hotels, transportation and other travel-related services ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, addressing concerns and offering personalized travel advice via phone and email.

Destination Knowledge: Stay updated on domestic and international travel destinations, including attractions, local customs, visa requirements and travel advisories.

Team Management: Experience in managing team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality or any relevant field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in the travel industry, tour operations or travel agency with at least 3 years of experience and a strong understanding of both domestic and international destinations.
