Job OverviewThis role focuses on developing relationships with key client stakeholders and identifying unmet needs or potential service gaps. As a Business Development Executive, you will create customized sales materials and presentations to engage clients and drive commercial results.
Key Responsibilities- Establish key client accounts across various regions.
- Engage with client stakeholders to discover new business opportunities.
- Develop tailored client presentations and sales materials.
- Lead and coordinate documents for RFI and RFP responses.
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews and governance activities.
- Track win/loss data and sales KPIs.
- Conduct preliminary research on client organization changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Respond to routine client queries and escalate issues.
- Prepare business reviews, presentations, and reports.
- Monitor account metrics, including SLA performance and client satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and key figures within the organization.
- Pitch your capabilities through compelling presentations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats.
- Organize and manage time effectively.
- Analyze data and work with reporting tools.
- Make informed commercial decisions that benefit both parties.
- Use Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and familiarize yourself with CRM tools.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team with a service delivery mindset.
- Understanding of learning & development concepts and corporate training models.
- Familiarity with managed learning services and learning platforms is an advantage.
- Knowledge of account management processes in a services environment.
- Awareness of client service and stakeholder communication best practices.
- Experience working in or with professional services, learning, or talent development sectors.
