Job Title: Terminal Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Terminal Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily terminal operations, managing cargo flow, and ensuring seamless communication between teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate shift reports of containers/cargo handled
  • Generate necessary documents/job orders/gate passes for containers/cargo
  • Enter data into the system regarding cargo/containers handled
  • Cordinate with customs officials to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with CHAs to optimize cargo handling processes
  • Coordinate with the team on day-to-day operations/activities
  • Work closely with the accounts department to ensure proper billing for all activities handled

Requirements:

  • MS Office proficiency
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Familiarity with CFS MAG
  • Knowledge of customs procedures and regulations (an added advantage)

Stakeholders:

  • Internal: IT, Terminal Documentation/operations team, Finance team, Engineering team, HR team, Security supervisor/guards, contractors
  • External: Customs, Console agents, CHAs, Transporters, Shipping lines
