Job Opportunity:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support of the underlying application, releases, and infrastructure. This role involves working in a dual-hat arrangement, acting on behalf of both banking operations and securities business.

This position requires strong analytical skills and experience with vendor applications such as Smartstream Cash Management (CMS) version 4, Control Process Designer, Smart Schema, and Smartstream Records. Strong communication skills, familiarity with Change Requests, and knowledge of Oracle 19 SQL scripting and Linux shell scripting are also essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support and configuration across multiple platforms
  • Documenting technical requirements or processes to capture the configuration being performed
  • Supporting and testing technical systems/servers
  • Collaborating with third-party software providers to ensure software defects are identified and resolved
  • Applying industry expertise to ensure solutions incorporate best practices

Mandatory skills required for this role include experience with vendor applications, strong communication skills, and knowledge of database management systems.

Nice-to-have skills include excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to prioritize workload and drive results.
