Job Opportunity: Application Specialist

The role of an Application Specialist is pivotal in resolving customer technical issues and complaints efficiently. This involves collaboration with sales and technical support specialists to troubleshoot problems, conducting customer training, and regularly visiting clients to provide feedback to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solving Customer Technical Problems: Addressing customers' technical concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration: Working with Sales & Technical Support Specialists to resolve issues.
  • Correlation Studies: Conducting correlation studies and validations in coordination with the customer as required.
  • Customer Training: Providing training to customers.
  • Client Feedback: Visiting clients regularly and providing feedback to the sales team.
  • Technical Updates: Participating in regional and national conference calls to update on technical issues.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Clinical Medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy, or related fields. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IVD Application areas such as immunology, biochemistry, or molecular biology. Immunology experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
