Key Responsibilities:Supplier Management

  • Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to service delivery or quality.
Contracting and Procurement
  • Develop and implement contracting strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Perform price matches on a case-by-case basis.
Inventory and Product Management
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align supplier offerings with customer requirements.
Quality Assurance
  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Address and resolve quality issues promptly.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier agreements and transactions.
  • Prepare and present reports on supplier performance and contract compliance.
Process Improvement
  • Identify and recommend improvements to existing supply chain processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
