Job Description

As a seasoned procurement professional, the Procurement Lead will oversee the entire procurement lifecycle from vendor onboarding to contract management. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of supply chain operations and a keen eye for detail.

  • Lead vendor relationships and negotiations to ensure optimal pricing and delivery terms.
  • Evaluate commercial bids and develop comprehensive comparative statements to support informed purchasing decisions.
  • Implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Oversee logistics and transportation operations to guarantee timely material delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in procurement for real estate, interiors, or construction services and supplies.
  • Proven track record of achieving cost savings through strategic sourcing and vendor negotiation.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills; capable of interpreting complex data and performing in-depth cost analyses.
